    • PGSÉ has developed a service enabling companies to benefit from supervision.
    • This can be achieved by providing highly qualified personnel, not only from various Algerian security branches but also through rigorous training in risk management, allowing them to ensure safety on the road and the proper conduct of activities.
    • This includes handling various administrative steps related to the professional and personal aspects of employees, liaising with military and civilian authorities in the regions where they operate.
  • CONSULTING AND SECURITY AUDIT
    • PGSÉ offers and conducts security studies for all levels in sensitive missions, analyzing risks and security measures.
    • These audits aim to verify existing security practices within the company and identify risks that may arise based on the geographical situation, nature of installations, and staff numbers.
    • At the end of this process, PGSÉ provides a written report of its observations and implements recommendations to improve procedures or allocate resources to cover the most prevalent risks, protect the most valuable assets, and enhance the company’s security efficiency.
  • (RLC) Assistant Regional Liaison Coordinator - Roles and Responsibilities:
    • An (RLC) is the coordinator of agents in implementing local security procedures.
    • He must oversee the application of instructions and maximum procedures for the client’s employees, ensuring they can face various external aggressions, in case of exposure to violence or unexpected events.
    • Additionally, all actions must involve evaluation, analysis, and regular reports for each device under his direct supervision, according to pre-defined templates from the client.
  • (OLC) Operator Liaison Coordinator - Roles and Responsibilities:
    • The role of (OLC) is to closely collaborate with RLC and management.
    • In this context, he can perform all daily tasks related to management while ensuring the coordination of task management procedures at work sites.
  • (TAM) Technical Assistant Manager - Roles and Responsibilities:
    • The primary task of (TAM) is to assist TA and security agents to ensure the implementation of procedures.
    • He must ensure (OLC) supervises TA, the head of the security agent group.
  • TA (Technical Assistant) - Roles and Responsibilities:
    • He assists the agents and security personnel to ensure the implementation of procedures.
    • He supervises the security agents and TAM.
    • He verifies the documentation and integration of newly employed personnel and establishes an HSE/NEST training program for security agents.
    • He assists personnel and supervisors during security audits.
    • The Technical Assistant (TA) reports to the Technical Assistant Manager (TAM).
  • CS (Security Driver) - Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Proficient in security driving and responsible for operating light vehicles and those used in emergencies, he also has the ability to work within convoys (escorting convoys and security).
