The RLC’s main role is to advise our clients in the implementation of appropriate security procedures. He can be called to intervene in any type of emergency. His expertise is geared towards ensuring the protection and safety of the client’s employees and property in the face of external aggression or during transportation to and from various sites.

He must make sure that, in all circumstances, employees are not exposed to acts of violence, blackmail or kidnapping. The RLC is thus tasked with creating best-in-class procedures and then making sure these are correctly communicated to all teams to ensure proper implementation.

All of those actions are subject to regular evaluations and reports for each site under his supervision and as per the client’s requirements and templates.

The RLC’s role include establishing good relations with local and regional authorities, both civilian and military. For example, this includes making sure official escorts are planned for the transportation of company personnel).

The RLC is a natural leader and must master computer skills, as well as language skills in the form of both spoken and written english, arabic and french.

Finally, he must train the A-RLC and OLC and keep a database of all the HSE/NEST training conducted with employees. The assistant Regional Liaison Coordinator (A-RLC) reports to the Regional Liaison Coordinator (RLC) and to the client’s security coordinator.

The OLC’s role is to closely collaborate with the RLC and management. He conducts all tasks given him by the RLC and management so as to guarantee the efficiency of the security personnel.

He also ensures that the on-site mission processes are compliant and supervises the security agents in their daily tasks, such as employee transportation, inspection patrols, etc. The OLC manages the security personnel’s shifts and sends daily reports on the progress of the action plan, any evaluation that was conducted or any incident that may have happened.

Finally, the OLC can be called upon to ensure the temporary replacement of his superior in the event of his absence. He must be proactive and act as an adviser to the management team.

The Operations Liaison Coordinator (OLC) reports to the Regional Liaison Coordinator (RLC) or the Assistant Regional Liaison Coordinator (A-RLC).

The TA assists the agents and security personnel in making sure procedures are correctly implemented. He serves as interface between the security agents and the TAM. He supervises the security agents, and make sure the right documents are used while controlling Journey Management. The TA is responsible for the induction of newly-recruited personnel, as well as the implementation of the HSE/NEST training programs for security agents. The TA provides assistance in the airports and collaborates with the Fleet Managers. He supervises the security agents in their daily activities and serves as a point of contact between the expatriates and the military personnel during escort or transport missions. In the event of a problem or HSE incident, the TA immediately informs his superiors. The Technical Assistant (TA) reports to the Technical Assistant Manager (TAM)
